Bodybuilding Gyms
How To Pick The Right Bodybuilding Gym?

By: Bodybuilding ONLINE

Here are a few criteria that I recommend you look for when searching for a good gym.

1) Know what you like- Some gyms have extra facilities like saunas, message therapists, swimming pool, racquetball courts, and indoor running tracks.  I personally like the real "Hardcore" hole in the wall places because I get more pumped up in a place like that.  Atmosphere is very important!  Pick a place where you are comfortable and not intimidated.

2) Size- The place should not be too big or too small.  This depends a lot on your personal preference and how many people attend that particular gym.  It should be small enough to where you don't feel like you are all by yourself and it should be big enough to where you don't have to wait for a machine every time you go to another exercise.  I personally think most gyms are too big!

3) Correct equipment- Be sure the gym has a good amount of free weights, benches, machines, cables, treadmills, steppers, bicycles, and maybe even some classes, so that you can get a well rounded workout.

4) Close- I recommend looking for a gym that is close to where you live.  The more convenient it is the less excuses you can make.
