Hardcore Bodybuilding Magazine Review
PEAK Training Journal

Just wanted to let everyone know about the newest bodybuilding magazine on the market. It also happens to be the best magazine there is. This magazine is what Muscle Media was supposed to be when it was started. This magazine gives great nutrition and drug information. Every serious bodybuilder out there should give this mag their attention. They don't review bogus supplements like some of the other mags out there. The only reviews this magazine does are for training equipment, books, etc. This magazine doesn't review supplements at all because as they put it, there is no way to give an accurate review of a supplement since there are too many factors to take into consideration such as varying diet, sleep, and nutrition which could skew test results. The magazine's name is PEAK Training Journal. They don't have a listed number, but their address is Peak Training Services, PO Box 1429, Stow, Ohio, 44224-0429. A friend of mine brought it back from the Arnold Classic and I already have my subscription going in. You should check it out.

Yes, I agree wholeheartedly! Peak is THE BEST magazine out now. John DeFendis (writes some of the training articles) gave two copies to my wife when she was in Florida doing a guest posing gig. I can't put the damn things down. Very scientific with NO crap product reviews and such. This mag is a must for any serious lifter. Two Thumbs Up.
