Total Body Fitness- Complete Exercise and Nutrition

Reviewed by: Lewis S. Kelly of revieweditor.com

Category: Exercise and Nutrition Software

Total Body Fitness is for anyone interested in keeping track of their nutrition and exercise program. First off, you have to fill out a profile of yourself, which is relatively easy to do. The program will keep track of as many people as you want it to, so it is also good for a family. It is very well organized, and there is hardly any need for instructions, since there are samples to follow.

After you fill out the profile, you then can proceed to a workout plan, food plan or activity plan, and there are many other options. You can keep track of your weight, heart rate, max lift, measurements and percent body fat on a daily basis if you want. A good thing about that is you can graph either one to see your progress in the long run, and you also have the option to print the graphs out. Another great thing about this program is the video examples of the proper way to do common exercises. Each exercise has its own video with sound. If it doesn’t have a certain exercise that you do, you have the option of adding it to your list of exercises.
