AndroPlex Andro Stack Review
What's In It?AndroPlex is a potent Andro Stack of three active ingredients. Each dose (2 capsules) contains the following:
* 100 mg Androstenedione
* 500 mg Tribulus Terrestris
* 100 mg DHEA
How It Works
Each of these ingredients has good clinical data as well as real-world evidence that suggests it can significantly aid in the production of lean muscle mass.
Androstenedione is a particularly powerful substance. Though it's been around for a while - the East German Olympic athletes were using it with dramatic results in the 1970s and 1980s - it's only recently become readily available to the bodybuilding community. And it's quickly become the hottest supplement since Creatine.
Androstenedione is an androgen produced in the adrenal gland. Supplementation with Androstenedione produces a reaction in the liver through which testosterone levels in the body are dramatically increased. Some studies have shown a 300% to 400% increase in testosterone levels within just a few minutes of supplementation.
DHEA's anabolic and anti-catabolic properties are well-known in the bodybuilding world. DHEA supplementation has been shown to increase IGF-1 and testosterone levels (though not as dramatically as Androstenedione) and to stimulate an increase in lean muscle mass.
Tribulus Terrestris has milder androgenic effects - about a 20% to 30% increase in the body's natural testosterone production. But this herb plays an important regulating role in this stack because it keeps your body producing its own natural testosterone, at slightly higher levels than normal.
What You Can Expect?
People who are involved in intense resistance training and supplement with AndroPlex can expect significant gains in lean muscle mass and accompanying gains in size and strength. This is one powerful supplement.
I've seen clients consistently make gains in the 7-15 pound range in just 6 weeks with this formula. These gains appear to be of the highest quality . . . with most people retaining 80% to 90% of their gains after discontinuing use.
As with all supplements, individual results will vary, but this seems to be a very consistent pattern of gain with the people I've come in contact with.
Possible Side Effects
Any time you introduce higher levels of hormones into the body, there is the possibility of some androgenic side-effects. These can include such things as an enlarged prostrate, acne, hair loss, growth of body hair, increased sex drive, etc.
