T Bar Row Machine Exercise Instructions

T-Bar Rows

Purpose of Exercise: To develop your back with primary focus on your middle and outer back.

Execution of Exercise: Stand on a block with legs bent and bend forward at the waist. Grab the T-Bar with either a wide or narrow grip and keep your head up. By bending your arms, lift the bar straight up until it touches your upper abdominals and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Lower under control and repeat.

Important Points: Always remember to keep your back tight and look up. Do not let the weight touch the floor until after your last rep.
